The local Best Buy I went to on black friday was pretty quiet. They over compensating for Blu-Ray players big time. The whole store was filled with LCD tvs ready to pick up to go along with probably thousands of blu ray players and PS3s strewn across the floor at multiple locations in the store.

Added about 4 new friends to list while playing online. Im looking forward to seeing what Sony has laid out for advertising LBP next month. I think they should up the ante a little more though than just 1 million, though six figures is quite ample, maybe 4 or 5 mil? hmm?

You know how siligon is, the guy must be on 24/7 to be able to have the first post nearly 75% of the time on all the major articles. This just goes to show that many many gamers are willing to play the same types of games over and over again. Why step outside the comfort zone to see whats on the other side of gaming and the real innovating genres that are being written?
I think Littlebigplanet and now Mirrors Edge could be much larger blockbusters if more gamers would step outside the box and experience some real innovation in the gaming industry

The sheer amount of factors that go into deciding when to make a price cut for this piece of hardware could probably make you go crazy if you went in to real depth. Price drop would cause a large financial impact, also not dropping the price is causing a financial impact.
